FIELD: meat industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary preparing meat and plant row material; grinding; mixing components and adding complex food additive and required amount of water; canning; rolling cans; sterilizing and cooling. DFD meat (dark, tough, dried meat) is used as raw meat material. Temperature of ground meat is not below 1 C. Thermally stable soya concentrate is used as row plant material and is preliminarily hydrated in the ratio of 1:4 at temperature of 15-20 C for 7-10 min. Complex food additive is composition containing mixture of oleoresins and ethereal oils of spice aromatic plants, gums, organic acids, sacchariferous substances, sodium glutamate and edible salt. DFD meat used as raw meat material has increased content of plant proteins. Complex food additive composition has 5.0-10.0 wt.% of mono- and diglyceride of fatty acids. Food additive composition is introduced in an amount of 0.3-0.6% per 100 kg of raw meat material. After component mixing, specific appropriation additives are introduced: raw beef fat, fresh onion, edible salt, 30-% tomato paste and wheat flour.
