Besides, composition may include essential oils and/or oleoresins, glucose, maltodextrins, edible salt, sodium glutamate, ascorbic acid or its salts, citric acid or its salts, starch. Used as a color is carminic acid. In addition, the food additive may contain hydrogel and/or emulsifier. Combination of ingredients in preset ratio and pH provide slightly alkali medium at high effect of color.
