FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking wire with stopper end through the talus head from inside outwards and from down to top and through cuboid bone from outside inwards and from down to top fixing the bones on traction nodes arranged on the upper ring-shaped support member. Controlled traction is applied to eliminate torsion and completely correct all club foot components and to reach hypercorrection. The first stabilization period being over, a wire is taken through the first foot radius for the gypsum immobilization period. Then, the apparatus is removed and gypsum boot is applied. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; eliminated torsion and over extension in Chopart's joint. 1 dwg
