SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of synthesis of derivatives of benzothiophene carboxamide of the formula (I) involving interaction of aminoalcohol of the formula (II) or its salt with the compound of the formula (III) or its reactive derivative, oxidation of synthesized compound in the presence of 2,2,6,6-tetra-methylpiperidine-1-oxides followed by interaction with ilide under condition of Wittig reaction and the following optional removal of protection. Invention describes also methods of synthesis of intermediate aminoalcohols of the formula (II). Compounds of the formula (I) can be used as medicinal agents in treatment of patients with systemic mastocytosis, asthma and other diseases.
