FIELD: mechanical engineering, invention relates to internal combustion engines, particularly, to antechambers. SUBSTANCE: preset amount of liquid or gaseous fuel is mixed with air found in antechamber one end of which gates to cylinder or cylinders in internal combustion piston engine and them mixture is ignited. Fuel is injected axially from closed end of antechamber by means of nozzle set into operation by excess pressure. Mean value of enrichment of mixture in definite volume (V1), of air located near closed end of antechamber is practically zero, and size of antechamber is so that air containing volume during period of combustion in antechamber is increased owing to retraction of piston or piston to let it occupy entire volume of antechamber with preservation of position of front of combustion near hole in antechamber in process of combustion.
