Protruded shoulder forms barrier for passing steam, supports walls of inner vessel for cooking spaced by gap from walls of working vessel and restricts space between bases of above mentioned vessels; said space is designed for receiving water necessary for cooking. Lid closes axial opening and restricts space together with edge of inner vessel for cooking.
