FIELD: manufacture of building articles from loose materials and polymer wastes; applicable in production of tile and roofing materials, chemically resistant coatings of floors, tiles, etc. SUBSTANCE: system has devices for crushing of polymer wastes and sand heating and having inlet connected with line supplying polymer wastes and sand, respectively, and outlets are connected to sand mixer and polymer wastes; mold for finished articles connected with line transferring the products to storage. System is also provided with hydraulic press, whose inlet is connected with mixer outlet, and outlet is connected with inlet of mold of finished article, temperature sensors of sand and mixture of sand and polymer wastes connected to electrical communication lines with inlets of computer whose outputs are connected by means of communication lines with electrical control devices installed on mold of finished article, sand heating device, crushing device of polymer wastes, mixer of sand and polymer wastes, hydraulic press.
