FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel chemical compound: 4-nitro-3-trifluoromethyl-perfluorononanoylanilide and method of its synthesis. Method involves the acylation reaction of 4-nitro-3-trifluoromethylaniline with perfluoro- -pelargonic acid chloroanhydride. Invention relates to also a pharmaceutical composition comprising 4-nitro-3-trifluoromethyl- - nonanoylanilide as an active component taken in effective dose and showing an anti-androgenic activity.
