FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cranial and caudal threaded bars and fixing members mounted thereon. The threaded bars are joined to each other to enable relative longitudinal, angular, rotating movements to take place by means of hinged connection unit being threaded rod having ear at its end for the cranial threaded bar to make engagement and platforms with opening on caudal threaded bar for the threaded rod. The fixing members are manufactured from elastic material as two spring-loaded branches with holder members and rings longitudinally movably mounted on the branches for bringing the branches close to each other and fixing them when placing the rings in counter bends. This fixation in the hinged unit and branches fixation on the threaded rods is carried out by means of nuts. EFFECT: enabled longitudinal, angular, rotating movements and stabilization of the vertebral column. 1 dwg
