SUBSTANCE: indention describes specific 5-alkyl-2-aryl-aminophenylacetic acids and their derivatives of the formula (I) where R means methyl, ethyl; R₁ means chlorine or fluorine atom; R₂ means hydrogen or fluorine atom; R₃ means hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine atom, methyl, ethyl, methoxy-group, ethoxy-group or hydroxy-group; R₄ means hydrogen or fluorine atom; R₅ means chlorine, fluorine atom, trifluoromethyl or methyl, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or their pharmaceutically acceptable prodrug as an ester. Invention proposes three methods of their synthesis and pharmaceutical compositions showing ability of selective inhibition of activity of cyclooxygenase-2 and methods of treatment of diseases in mammals associated with cyclooxygenase-2 and method of selective inhibition of cyclooxygenase-2 activity in mammals also.
