Multistage chromatography is carried out successively on sorbents Soloza, Sp-Sephadex and C_8--cellulose. Chromatography on Soloza KG is carried out in static regime at pH 4.0-4.2 in 0.1 M solution of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and elution of the end product at pH 5.0-5.2. Chromatography on Sp-Sephadex is carried out on sorbent equilibrated with 0.1 M solution of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and elution of superoxide dismutase is performed with 0.1 M an aqueous solution of sodium hydrogen phosphate. Chromatography on C₈-cellulose is carried out at pH 3.9-4.1 using phosphate buffer solution as an eluent. The proposed technology ensures to obtain the preparation of superoxide dismutase with specific activity about 500 000 U/mg and high yield. Invention can be used in medicine, veterinary science and allied sciences and technique for superoxide dismutase preparing.
