SUBSTANCE: tissue dissecting tool is composed of two pivotally connected branches, each equipped with handle having finger gripped rings on one end and working parts with detachable members on other end. One of detachable members is cutting part and other member is made in the form of plate with longitudinal window. Cutting edge base has stop with sharpened front portion. Window has edges chamfered in accordance with cutting edge sharpening angle to provide for tissue dissection apart from cutting edge. Plate serves as depressor.
