FIELD: control units for rocket-space equipment. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in partial filling of the casing, oriented with the filler up, with working fluid up to the immersion of the three-gear pump in it, installation of the electric motor in a fixed position in a spaced relation to the casing for access of the tool to the plungers, and coupling of the electric motor shaft to the drive gear of the three-gear pump through an in-process coupling. Then, the pump is started for build-up of pressure, a control signal is applied to the electromechanical converter, the speed of the actuator mechanism output shaft is measured and adjusted by displacement of the plungers relative to the bell crank. After the required speed of the output shaft is gained, the casing is filled with working fluid up to the full capacity, the electric motor is installed on the casing once again with replacement of the in-process coupling with the standard one, and leak-proofness of the joint of the electric motor and casing is checked. EFFECT: enhanced adaptability of the control actuator to assembling. 2 dwg
