FIELD: flight control over rocket transport means. SUBSTANCE: process of assembly of control actuator includes filling of body with working fluid, setting three-gear pump in rotation to form pressure, supply of controlling signal to electromechanical converter, measurement of speed of output shaft of power mechanism, adjustment of speed of travel of plungers relative to rocker. Manometers are installed in both main lines connecting throttling slits of control device to power mechanism before speed measurement. Then level of pressure in main lines established by means of preliminary shedding of throttling slits of control device corresponding to preset value of speed and excluding spontaneous motion of output shaft in absence of controlling signal across electromechanical converter is set by movement of plungers relative to rocker. When preset value of speed is obtained manometers are dismantled and leak-proofness of main lines is reclaimed. EFFECT: improved efficiency of process of assembly of control actuator due to exclusion of multiple movements of plungers to achieve preset speed. 1 dwg
