FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: steering engine (SE) incorporates a three-gear pump, electromechanical converter (EMC) fitted on the bracket furnished with additional shaft aligned with EMC shaft and a bell crank. The latter's one end is attached to ENC shaft, while its other end is fastened to the additional shaft. It also has a spring with one its end fastened on the bell crank and with its other end coupled with the bracket. There are also the slide valves with their end fitted in hollows shafts of the said three-gear pump driven gears, the said hollows shafts representing the sleeves. The steering engine incorporates also a bearing fitted on the bracket between the EMC and the spring. The said bearing receives the additional shaft end opposite the bell crank. The SE bearing is fitted in detachable support with its contact surface, along with the bracket, is perpendicular to the slide valve axes. The said detachable support is coupled with the bracket by clamping elements. A set of adjusting gaskets is arranged between the bracket and the support. There is a gap between the support and clamping elements perpendicular to ENC axis and parallel to the support contact surface. Adjustment of EMC and additional shafts alignment towards the slide valve axis and in the plane perpendicular to the said axis ensures alignment of the ENC and additional shafts.
EFFECT: reduced friction in bearings and higher SE sensitivity.
