FIELD: production of steering engines.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of electrohydromechanics and may be used in rocket production, aircraft construction and shipbuilding. The invention provides, that steering engine contains a three-gear pump creating one stream of a working liquid, a power hydraulic cylinder and a four-spool operated hydraulic valve. The latter includes a transducer, a control crank, a spring and the valve plungers with the working belts placed in the hollow shafts of two driven gears of the pump. Belts of the plungers together with a system of rectangular holes in the walls of he given shafts form the complexes of the filling in and discharging choke-type windows. At that the shafts are supplied with specially made grooves in compliance with the number of the indicated holes. In walls of the shafts in the area of their discharge cavities there are the through circular radial holes of a fixed configuration and with the fixed total areas. The pump has two discharge hydraulic channels, which together with its discharge cavities are located in the pump bottom bar. The offered design of the shafts of the driven gears and elements interacting with them ensures destruction of continuity of the working fluid streams in the indicated through radial holes and a change of directions of vectors of accelerations of the working fluid particles motion. As a result of this the length of damping of delivering and off-taking channels of the hydraulic valve are equaled. The technical result of the invention consists in reduction of non-stationary component of a hydrodynamic force and so increasing stability of the steering engine operation.
EFFECT: the invention allows to reduce a non-stationary component of the hydrodynamic force and to increase stability of the steering engine operation.
