For preparing solutions to be tested 0.1 M solution of sodium hydroxide is used as a solvent and potassium chromate is used as a standard sample. Optical density of testing solution and standard sample of is measured using a spectrophotometer device. Calculation of results of quantitative determination is carried out by a formula adding recalculation coefficient.
