FIELD: mobile radio communications. SUBSTANCE: method involves disposing base stations in centers of arbitrary cells which are, essentially, equal regular hexagons densely covering area being serviced, coverage radius of base stations being specified to equal length of each hexagon side, and setting seven different operating frequencies of radio signals radiated from all these base stations. EFFECT: facilitated procedure, enhanced quality of data reception by mobile objects built around adequately disposed base stations. 6 dwg
