FIELD: moving radio communication engineering. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in the fact that the base stations are positioned in conditional cells representing equal rectilinear hexagons tightly covering the territory under service, the radii of the action zones of the base stations are equal to the length of the side of each rectilinear hexagon, the base stations are positioned in the vertices of the mentioned rectilinear hexagons, the number of the preset operating frequencies of radio signals radiated from all the base stations equals six, preset at each base station located in the vertex of rectilinear hexagons, the operating frequency of radio signals radiated from this base station is one of the six preset operating frequencies. EFFECT: simplified method and enhanced quality of reception of information at moving objects on the basis of rational arrangement of the base stations in the territory under service and formation of reference highly stable oscillations only at the base station serving as a source of transmitted information. 7 dwg
