FIELD: moving radio communication engineering. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in the fact that the base stations are positioned in conditional cells representing rectilinear hexagons tightly covering the territory under service, the radii of the action zones of the base stations are preset to be equal to the length of the side of each rectilinear hexagon, the base stations are arranged in the vertices of the mentioned rectilinear hexagons, the number of the preset operating frequencies of the radio signals radiated from all the base stations equals six, one of the six preset operating frequencies differing from the preset operating frequencies of the radio signals radiated from the adjacent base stations is the operating frequency of the radio signals radiated from this base station, preset on each base station located in the vertex of the rectilinear hexagons. EFFECT: simplified method and enhanced quality of reception of information on movable objects on the basis rational arrangement of the base stations in the territory under service. 12 dwg
