FIELD: mobile radio communications. SUBSTANCE: method involves disposing base stations in centers of arbitrary cells which are, essentially, equal regular hexagons densely covering area being serviced, coverage radius of base stations being equal to length of each regular hexagon side, and setting seven different operating frequencies of data radio signals. EFFECT: facilitated procedure due to adequate disposition of base stations on serviced area. 6 dwg
