FIELD: measuring flow rates of gases or liquids. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for measuring flow rates of gases or liquids by time-pass ultrasonic method. Proposed measuring module in form of cylinder is built into round section pipeline. Pairs of bi- directional receiving-radiating elements forming n0 of main measuring planes parallel to module axis and n0-1 of additional skewed measuring planes are built into module walls. Each skewed measuring plane is formed either by receiving radiating elements of preceding and following main measuring plane, or by receiving-radiating elements of preceding and reflecting land of following main measuring plane.
