FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has outer tube and inner tube with movable arms at the ends and operating part made in the form of branches. Inner tube is provided with unit for attaching hose of electric suction device and with additional aspiration channel. Operating part branches are positioned in horizontal plane with respect to surgeon's hands and are made in the form of scissors, dissector clip, needle holder, biopsy forceps. Apparatus is free of pivot joints and is combined with aspirator. Such construction provides for free relative motion of both branches and enables force applied to branches to be increased. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased efficiency and reduced quantity of thoracoports for endosurgical intervention. 4 dwg
