FIELD: systems for electric pulse treatment of materials, possibly manufacture of food products of vegetable raw materials, namely of soya beans or groats. SUBSTANCE: high voltage chamber includes housing with opening in bottom under product conduit; cover of housing; pairs of electrodes, each pair has high-voltage electrode with insulators and ground electrode coaxially mounted in housing respectively through openings of cover and bottom. Cylindrical housing of chamber includes single section with spherical bottom of insulation material "caprolactam". Insulators of high voltage electrodes with hemispherical end portion are arranged in arc-discharge zone and they are made of high-strength copolymer monolithically with high -voltage electrodes protruding out of insulators no more than by 20 mm. At least three pairs of electrodes are arranged uniformly along circle in such a way that their arc gaps are shifted one relative to another at least by 40 mm upwards along vertical line. Draining cock is mounted in opening of housing bottom for connecting chamber with product conduit; said cock is provided with bottom valve. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of chamber operation due to intensified concentrated shock action of arc discharge, increased useful life period of electrodes, stable operational cycles of chamber. 2 dwg
