SUBSTANCE: invention describes nitrates of the general formula: A- or their salts where t0 = 1; A means RN0 where N0 means (COXu)t or COON1 where t is a whole number equal to 0 or 1; u is a whole number equal to 0 or 1; X means O, NR1c where R1c means alkyl with a linear or branched chain having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms; N1 means alkyl with a linear or branched chain having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms or hydrogen atom; R is taken among the following groups: * (Group A) (1a): where RIa and RIIa are similar or different and mean H or linear or when is possible branched alkyl having 1-3 C-atoms, preferably, RIa = RIIa = H; nIa is a whole number from 1 to 6, preferably, from 2 to 4; RI can mean where N2 has the same value as N0 being at least one of groups N0 and N2 has one a free valence that is able to bind with X1, (i.e. t = 1); (Group B) where t = 1 and u = 0. IIa): where RIa, RIIa have values indicated for (1a); RIb has a value RIa; nIa/ has values indicated for (1a); RBA is taken among: , where in the group (B) N2 has said values and at least one of N2 groups has a free valence that is able to bind with X1 (i. e. at least one substitute N2 has t = 1); X1 means bivalent binding bridge taken among: -Y0 where Y means C1-C20-alkylene with a linear chain where possible with a branched chain having preferably from 2 to 5 carbon atoms; -Y1 taken among: where n3 is a whole number from 0 to 3. Invention describes also a pharmaceutical composition showing activity inhibiting platelet aggregation.
