Invention involves novel proteins of ATP-sensitive potassium channel of human and murine origin comprising an amino acid sequence, respectively, deoxyribonucleotides encoding indicated amino acid sequences comprising the base sequence, respectively, and an expressing plasmid also comprising indicated deoxyribonucleotides. The advantage of the invention involves determination of sequences of novel proteins of ATP-sensitive potassium channel and determination of sequences of deoxyribonucleotide bases encoding thereof.
