SUBSTANCE: device has a body for receiving the pulverized-air mixture, muffle primary furnace, where the mixture is ignited. Installed in the body is a gas mixture flow dividing valve, with an elbow pipe for hot oxygen supply introduced in it in the direction of gas mixture flow. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in use, provided use of solid propellant with a content of volatile matters less than 40%, enhanced stability of burning due to reduced period of ignition. 1 dwg
