FIELD: space technology, study of degradation processes of materials under space conditions. SUBSTANCE: device registering dust and gas component of own external atmosphere of spacecraft has target and ion detector. Target is made of several substrates with examined material deposited on them. Ion detector in the form of double phase pin lattice is placed on each substrate at fixed distance from target. Termination pads are deposited on each substrate. Plates of quartz glass and metal are correspondingly installed above substrates with identical material. Two quartz plates are mounted above third substrate of same material, their sensitive surfaces are directed towards substrates and in opposition to them. Light intensity and temperature-sensitive elements are set in plane of substrates. Outputs of ion detectors are connected to unit measuring parameters of dust particles, quartz plates are linked to proper generators. All substrates are connected to meter of surface resistance. Light intensity and temperature-sensitive elements are connected to corresponding meters. EFFECT: raised informativity of device in provision of potential for study of degradation of materials used under space conditions and evaluation of their optical characteristics. 2 dwg
