FIELD: electrical engineering; low-voltage storage capacitors. SUBSTANCE: capacitor of first alternative has case accommodating at least one stack of storage sections with current-collecting strips; butt-end and side internal insulators; tie plates closing case on ends and compressing stack of storage sections and butt-end insulator; at least one pin-type current lead electrically connected to current-collecting strip and disposed in tie-plate bore. Butt-end insulator is placed between tie-plate and current-collecting strip; it is made of flexible material and forms sealed tongue-and-groove joint with side insulator occupying space between case and stack of storage sections and with insulator that fills space around current lead. Butt-end insulator of capacitor designed according to second alternative is composed of layers; at least extreme ones abutting against tie-plate and against current-collecting strip are made of flexible material and at least one of internal layers is made of solid material. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of sealing capacitor interior by means of insulators. 10 cl, 1 dwg
