FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying medical training exercises. First, the patient lungs are filled with air in each medical training exercises cycle and then the inhaled air is uniformly blown out via the mouth in active way. Next, air is taken into the lungs via the nose with abdominal assistance in rapid way and exhaled via the mouth also in rapid way producing the sound of "pah". Breathing is stopped at this moment by maximum possible time period with abdominal muscles being relaxed and the muscles of the body area where body mass reduction is desirable being strained. EFFECT: increased oxygen contents in blood; supplying excessive oxygen to the area of interest for locally burning fat.
