SUBSTANCE: invention relates to respiratory practices to reduce the weight of patients and to prevent various diseases. The following session is carried out: a training stage, consisting of training in basic breathing, in which the patient is placed on a flat horizontal surface, the legs are bent at the knees, the muscles of the neck and face are relaxed. One hand is placed palm down on the center of the abdomen, and the other on the center of the chest. After that, the patient takes a slow, measured, gradual breath through the nose, while controlling the inflation of the abdomen and immobility of the chest by observing the rising hand on the stomach and motionless on the chest. Then the exhalation method is taught. Further training in the Spasm technique is performed. After that, the patient independently palpates the tense zones of the abdominal cavity with his fingers and holds the tension of the muscles of the abdominal cavity. Next, a breathing exercise is carried out. Then the patient performs the Spasm technique. In the third respiratory phase, two respiratory cycles of the third respiratory phase are performed. In the fourth respiratory phase, the patient makes eight respiratory cycles of the fourth respiratory phase, and on the eighth exhalation, without relaxing the abdominal muscles, the patient holds his breath and performs the Spasm technique, then performs one cycle of basic breathing, but exhales according to the figurative exhalation method. In the fifth respiratory phase, the patient performs five respiratory cycles of the fifth respiratory phase, during which he first inhales according to the basic breathing technique, exhales according to the figurative exhalation method, after exhaling with a tightened abdomen, he holds his breath and performs the Spasm technique.

EFFECT: method provides weight reduction of the patient.
