SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to therapeutic exercises. Method includes respiratory and physical exercises and consists of five stages. At the first stage exhalation is performed through mouth in initial standing position. At the second stage, inhalation is made through nose, and at the third stage - complete "Pah" exhalation. At the fourth stage breath is held and abdomen is held in under ribs. The fifth stage is inhalation in relaxed state in initial position. At that exercises at the first, second, third and fifth stages are performed in vertical standing position. At the second stage inhalation with abdomen is performed simultaneously with nose inhalation, at the fourth stage inclination to parallel with horizon is performed.

EFFECT: method provides efficient gymnastics, which makes it possible to increase general body tone and reduce weight of patient of any age and weight.
