SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for body correction, for the purpose of recovery in diseases of respiratory tract, locomotor apparatus, female reproductive system. At the first stage, exhalation is performed by mouth in the initial standing position. At the second stage — inhaling through the nose, at the third stage — exhaling through the mouth. Fourth stage — breath holding and abdominal retraction under ribs. Fifth stage is inhalation with the nose in a relaxed state, in the initial position. At the first, second, third and fifth stages, this exercise is performed while standing in an upright position. At the second stage, simultaneously with inhalation through the nose, inhalation is performed with the stomach, at the first and third stages, simultaneous exhalation with the mouth is performed with the abdominal exhalation, at the fourth stage, inclination is performed to parallel with the horizon.

EFFECT: method provides effective gymnastics, which allows increasing the overall body tone and reducing the weight of the patient of any age and weight.
