SUBSTANCE: proposed device has body with opening which may be shut-off, cover, gate valve with throughway hole which is located between body and cover, sealing members and lever acting on gate valve through shaft. Gate valve is provided with hole in form of loop with concave side. Concavity of this side corresponds to profile of passage area of hole to be shut-off. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency; increased service life due to reduced wear of sealing elements. 2 dwg
