FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of chloropyramine hydrochloride-base preparations used in allergic dermatosis and allergic rhinitis. Method involves mixing active component with filling agents, talc and magnesium state, wetting granulation and the following tabletting. Potato starch and lactose are used as filling agents. Firstly, active component and lactose are ground in common in ratio 1 : (5-6) and then starch paste is added to prepared mixture in the amount 10-20 wt.% of total mixture amount. Mixture is granulated, dried and dried granulate is granulated again and prepared granules are powdered with magnesium stearate and talc. Sieve diameter of holes in the second stage of granulation is 30-60% of sieve diameter of holes in the first stage of granulation. Method provides elimination of chemical interaction of magnesium stearate with chloropyramine and granulation process is carried out for two stages.
