FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with obtaining medicinal form of pravastatin-based preparation affecting cardiovascular system. One should preliminarily mix 30-40% lactose and 30-40% potato starch, add the mixture obtained to pravastatin, magnesium oxide and aerosil, then one should add the rest lactose and potato starch in the form of paste, the mixture obtained should be granulated, dried at decreased pressure and 45-50 C, one should grind dry granules up to 280-320 mcm size of particles, powder them with calcium stearate and polyvinylpyrrolidone taken at 1:2 ratio, correspondingly, then homogeneous mass obtained should be tabletted. The present innovation enables to simplify the technology to obtain composition at simultaneous development of simple and available form of medicinal preparation as a tablet, increase tablet's strength at its simultaneous quick degradability in water and increase its stability at storage.
