SUBSTANCE: grape dessert wine contains white grape wine material, sugar-containing component, food flavor additive "muskat" and "muskatel" and ethyl rectified alcohol at the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared wine, kg: food flavor additives "muskat" and "muskatel" with summarized quantity, 0.1-15.0 sugar-containing component, up to mass concentration of sugars 140 g/cu.dm; and also, dal: grape wine material, 690-956.4; ethyl rectified alcohol, the balance, in terms of wine strength 15 vol.%. Used as sugar-containing component is grape concentrated wort and/or 65-70-% sugar syrup. As grape wine material, wine contains dry and/or fortified grape wine material. Claimed invention gives wine a flavor with tints of nettle, sweet pepper, senna and fennel, and harmonic taste. EFFECT: broadened assortment of grape original dessert white wines. 3 cl, 3 tbl
