FIELD: wine industry, particularly, production of pink dessert wines. SUBSTANCE: grape original dessert pink wine contains pink grape wine material, sugar-containing component, ethyl rectified alcohol and extract of dog rose as a food flavor-and-aromatic additive at the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared wine: dog rose extract, 0.1-50.0 kg; sugar-containing component, up to mass concentration of sugar 160 g/cu.dm; grape wine material, 645-961 dal; ethyl rectified alcohol, the balance, in terms of wine strength of 16 vol.%. Claimed wine contains, as a sugar-containing component, 65-70-% sugar syrup and/or grape concentrated wort, and as grape wine material, dry and/or fortified grape wine materials, or mistelle and dry and/or fortified grape wine materials. Claimed wine possesses a new aroma reminding a flavor of herb and tints of acacia flowers and honey, and full harmonic taste.
