SUBSTANCE: grape strong red wine has grape red wine material or a mixture of red and white grape wine materials used independently with amount of white wine material in mixture from 1 to 25% of blend volume, food taste-aromatic addition "Black currant", sugar-containing component taken in the amount that provides final sugar concentration in wine 100 g/dm3 and rectified ethyl alcohol taken in the amount to provide wine proof 20 vol.% in the following ratio of components, dal/1000 dal of ready wine: red grape wine material or red and white wine material, 705-852; sugar-containing component taken in the amount to provide sugar concentration in wine 100 g/dm3, 115-154; food taste-aromatic addition "Black currant", 1.0-15.0 kg and rectified ethyl alcohol taken in the amount to provide wine proof 20 vol.%, the balance. Fortified grape treated wine materials or mistel, or dry and/or fortified grape treated wine materials are used as grape wine material and 65-70%-th sugar syrup and/or concentrated grape must is used as sugar-containing component.
