FIELD: heat and power cogeneration. SUBSTANCE: steam-turbine plant has extraction turbine; extraction- stage heaters communicating through pipelines to cold coolant supply and hot-water discharge pipelines; circulating pump and peak-demand boiler installed in tandem in hot-water discharge system; boiler is provided with bypass main which is periodically thrown in operation to supply peak heat demands during subzero ambient temperatures and has valves communicating with automatic-control system and hot-water boiler mounted downstream of peak-demand boiler and communicating through pipelines with the latter and with cold coolant supply systems to form annular loop closed to extraction-stage heaters; control valves are installed on bypass main in annular loop and at points of connection of loop line incorporating peak-demand boiler and hot-water boiler to cold-coolant supply and heated-water discharge systems; pipeline interconnecting heated-water discharge system with heaters is connected to heater between exhaust and control valves. In this way steady heat load is maintained in extraction stage of plant. EFFECT: enhanced stability of power generation, reduced fuel consumption for hot-water production. 1 dwg
