SUBSTANCE: invention describes derivatives of oxime of the general formula (1) where R1 is H, lower alkyl; X is halogen atom, cyano-, nitro-group, lower alkyl (that can be substituted with halogen atoms), lower alkoxy- -group (that can be substituted with halogen atoms), phenyl; n = 0-2; Het A means pyridine ring that can be substituted with halogen atom, lower alkyl, pyrimidine, pyrazine, quinoline or quinoxaline ring; Het B means structure of formulas (3) , (4) , (5) ; Y is H, halogen atom, lower alkyl that can be substituted with halogen atom. Invention describes also derivatives of oxime of the formula (2) where R1 is H; X means halogen atom, cyano-, nitro-group, lower alkyl (that can be substituted with halogen atom); n = 0-2; Het B means formula (3), (4), (5); Y means lower alkyl; Het C means imidazole, thiazole, pyrazole, 1,2,4-triazole, thiadiazole, benzimidazole, benzothiazole, imidazo-[1,2-a] -pyridine ring that can be substituted. Invention describes agent for control of plant sicknesses comprising oxime derivative and methods of synthesis of hydroxyimino-compound of the formula (b) , derivative of oxime of the formula (1) or (2) and describes hydroxyimine-compound of the formula (b).
