SUBSTANCE: vodka contains 65.8-% sugar syrup, ascorbic acid, aromatic alcohol of lemon peel prepared from 0.8-1.0 kg per 1000 dal of end product of fresh lemon peel, aromatic alcohol of grapefruit peel prepared from 0.4-0.6 kg per 1000 dal of end product of fresh grapefruit peel, and aqueous-alcoholic liquid at the following ratio of components: ascorbic acid, 0.060-0.070 kg; aromatic alcohol of lemon peel, 4.4-4.6 l; aromatic alcohol of grapefruit peel, 2.4-2.6 l; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 28.4-30.0 l; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance, in terms of 40-% strength.
