FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka contains infusion of wheat rusks of Ist decantation, sodium bicarbonate, 65.8-% sugar syrup, ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and potable corrected water at the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal of end product: sodium bicarbonate, 0.15-0.25 kg; infusion of wheat rusks of Ist decantation, 3.0-5.0; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 33.0-36.0; ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and potable corrected water, the balance in terms of 40-% strength. Proposed vodka has slight mint taste with slight aroma of roasted rye crust. EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties, reduced cost price and broadened assortment of vodkas.
