SUBSTANCE: vodka contains aromatic alcohol of dried apples, raisin infusion of Ist decantation, citric acid, 65.8-% sugar syrup and aqueous-alcoholic liquid at the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: citric acid, 0.18-0.22 kg; aromatic alcohol of dried apples prepared from 1.9-2.1 kg of dry substance per 1000 dal of final product, 9.0-11.0; raisin infusion of Ist decantation prepared from 0.7-0.8 kg of raisin per 1000 dal of final product, 5.0-7.0; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 28.4-30.0 l; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. EFFECT: production of vodka with mild delicate fruit taste and slight pine-apple aroma.
