SUBSTANCE: device includes hermetic thermal bulb filled with gas with membrane having flexural center, acoustic low-pass filter and automatic frequency control system. Flexural center of membrane is made in form of body of varying reference mass - in form of electromagnet with windings and weights. Thermal bulb is made in form of two hemispheres.
