SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The stove (219) contains a charging section (225), a baking chamber (224) and a discharging section (226). Additionally, it contains bottom plates (220) positioned along the trajectory leading through the baking chamber (224) and a conveyor device (221) for such bottom plates (220). The bottom plates (220) are represented by current-collecting plated heated by a non-contact induction method. Envisaged in the baking chamber (224) is an induction heater (227). It includes at least one oblong inductor (228) positioned parallel to the bottom plates (220) trajectory and passing along several current-collecting plates trajectory.
EFFECT: oblong inducer (228) creates a vast magnetic field and simultaneously heats the bottom plates (220) represented by current-collecting plates by a non-contact inductive method.
