FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: baking oven has pans composed of two halves defining appearance of formed products. Halves are formed from baking plates arranged in pairs and stacked one onto another to provide for baking pans. Baking plates are conveyed along closed contour comprising two vertical conveying tracts carrying stack of horizontally positioned staked baking plates, said stake being continuously and newly formed at one end by continuously introducing baking plate loaded with basic product and continuously separable at other end by removing one baking plate. In said stack baking plates and pans formed thereby are periodically moved through baking shaft to withdrawal position while basic product is baked in pans into thin-walled formed ready products, which are extracted at withdrawal position from pans upon separation thereof. Oven of such construction allows number of continuously movable parts of oven to be reduced due to replacement of conveyance device passing along or through baking shaft with continuously renewable stack of pans, which is continuously formed or dismantled anew.
