FIELD: baking industry.
SUBSTANCE: charging apparatus of bakery oven has baking pans defined by upper and lower baking plates circulating along process lines. Charging apparatus comprises setting device adapted for setting of dough pieces and positioned on charging section above lower baking plate path. Setting device moves for some time in conjunction with lower baking plates to settle dough pieces in predetermined places onto baking surfaces of lower baking plates.
EFFECT: wider range of products obtained with the use of existing types of bakery ovens.
