FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the suggested medicinal form includes a nucleus containing one or more active substances and surrounded by a membrane. The release of active substance out of a nucleus is caused by membrane rupture after a certain lag period. The nucleus includes one or more carriers at immediate release and has no tendencies for considerable swelling at the impact of gastrointestinal liquids. The suggested medicinal form could be used to deliver active substances if a certain lag period is necessary before release, for example, in case of antiasthmatic, cardiotonic, vasodilative, antiulcerous preparations. It is, also, possible to use the suggested medicinal form to deliver biologically active compounds, such as proteins, peptides, enzymes, vaccines and oligonucleotides. This product provides complete release of active substance at no considerable leakage during the lag period. The latter is reliably reproduced. EFFECT: more simplified and cheaper method. 19 cl, 19 dwg, 20 ex, 38 tbl
