FIELD: medicine, diagnostics, prophylaxis. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out psychological testing by Luscher's test, "hand test" by Wagner and Smekail's personal directivity test. According to the results obtained "the risk group" for potential pregnancy-caused complications is obtained. Psychocorrection of emotional sphere is conducted in risk group-women revealed by psychological criteria due to the method of positive psychotherapy, that is group-type training on self-knowledge, self-development, due to regulation of emotional manifestations and overcoming problematic situations based upon conception of positive psychotherapy. The method enables to increase reliability in choosing women who need correction and decrease the number of pregnancy-caused complications. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.
